Chef Dominick is a master craftsman in the culinary world, having graduated from both the renowned Culinary Institute of America and Pizza University. As a first-generation Italian-American, he was born and raised around the dinner table and continues to pass on this tradition to his customers by creating modern takes on classic recipes from childhood. He has been a chef and owner of multiple restaurants for more than 26 years and no matter where he is, he makes sure to treat everyone like family.
